About Ms.Echeverria

Mrs.Elvira Echeverria is the Principal Immigration Consultant at Filmex and an innovative and competent professional with a highly successful performance record of exceeding expectations and helping clients achieve their goals of immigrating to Canada and has served as an authorized representative as defined in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA). 

As a Member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council, she is a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) #410135. Additionally, Elvira is a Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC), and appointed Commissioner of Oath in the Province of BC, Canada.
